More health care providers are referring clients to massage therapy for chronic pain management and injury recovery, and as a result, more insurance plans are covering massage therapy services than ever. Use the form below to request a benefits check and see if your health insurance covers massage therapy. You may also be asked to email a scanned copy of your insurance card for billing purposes.
Please note: I am an out-of-network provider.
That means I will verify your out-of-network benefits with your insurer. Some plans have the same coverage whether a provider is in-network or out-of-network, while others do not. Some plans may cover out-of-network massage therapy; others may not.
Please allow 2–3 business days for me to confirm your insurance coverage. I will send an email to let you know whether insurance billing is an option for you — thank you for your patience.
If you don’t receive an email within a week of submitting the form, please reach out.
Occasionally submissions don’t go through or end up in spam folders, and contacting me helps ensure your request gets attention as quickly as possible.

“Britt’s massage was fantastic. Great pressure and was thoroughly relaxing. Excellent at communicating and would enjoy another session. Highly recommend.”

“Britt is super knowledgeable (kind of a massage nerd) and is great at listening to each person’s needs. I can’t recommend them enough! Just wonderful.
