What your session may include:
With your full knowledge and consent, your massage session may include a combination of the following tools or enhancements, based on what feels most supportive for your body:
- Hot stones and/or cold stones
- Organic, locally made, and sustainably sourced herbal oils
- Natural and organic essential oils or custom blends
- Hot towels
- Electric weighted heating pad
- Heated massage table pad
- Scalp therapy combs
- Extra pillows or towels for comfort and support
- Ambient music of your choice or a seasonal Lo-Fi spa playlist
You are always welcome to decline any of these options. If you know you have an aversion or preference, I’m happy to note it in your client file so your future sessions feel as comfortable and supportive as possible. Your sense of safety and consent is an important part of your care.

Health & Safety Precautions
Because massage therapy is close, hands-on work — and because I often serve people who are medically vulnerable — protecting everyone’s health is an important part of how I care for my clients and myself.
I’m always happy to wear a mask during your Personalized In-Home Massage session if you request one. Please let me know in advance if that would help you feel more comfortable.
If you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. There is no penalty for rescheduling due to illness — your honesty helps keep my practice safe and available for everyone.

Before your appointment
By attending your session, you confirm that you are not currently experiencing any of the following:
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fever or chills
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Sore throat
- New loss of taste or smell
You also confirm that neither you nor anyone in your household has:
- Tested positive for COVID-19 or another contagious illness
- Been knowingly exposed to someone who is contagious
- Shown symptoms of a potentially contagious illness
If any of the above applies, please reschedule your appointment for at least 14 days later.

Personalized In-Home Massage is professional, fully customized bodywork designed around your body, your space, and your healing process. Each session is shaped by what you need that day — whether that’s deep therapeutic work, gentle relaxation, or something in between.
All service offerings are available in Eugene and Springfield, Oregon. Group services for three or more people are available in surrounding communities beginning March 1, 2026.
Your session may include supportive tools like hot stones, herbal oils, heated pads, hot towels, or calming music, based on what feels best for you. Everything is always optional — your comfort, consent, and sense of safety come first.
Book Personalized Group or Event Services
Personalized Group Massage services bring skilled, compassionate bodywork to wellness retreats, corporate events, community gatherings, and private group experiences throughout Eugene, Springfield, and surrounding areas of Oregon.
Whether you’re planning a corporate wellness event, a retreat, or a small group gathering, these services are designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and collective well-being — all delivered in the space where your group feels most comfortable.
For larger groups and events, I work with a small network of trusted licensed massage therapists who share my commitment to professionalism, consent, and trauma-aware care.
Group services are offered at a flat rate set between the Empowered and Supported sliding-scale tiers, with a three-hour minimum to ensure each guest receives unrushed, thoughtful care.
Guests may pay individually during the event if desired — just reach out for a free consultation and I’ll provide a sign-up sheet and booking options.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic illness, or just looking to relieve stress – consistency is key for your massage routine.
